Responsibilities

Implemented merchant registration data collection for businesses that wanted booking visibility on Google Maps.
Prepared and uploaded merchant and service information into Google Actions Center to support the Book now action.
Added opt-out handling so merchants could control whether their services appeared through the Reserve with Google flow.

Outcomes

Enabled merchants to surface bookable services through Google Maps where eligible.
Created a repeatable operational flow for collecting, validating, and uploading merchant booking data.
